Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We take pride in maintaining the freshness and quality of our spices.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or partially used spice packs
• Products without original packaging or seal
• Customized orders or gift hampers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share your order ID, photo of the product, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

If applicable, a replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item passes quality checks.
